- I can not guarantee that the colors of the product you receive will be exactly the same as what you have seen on your screen. The colors may vary from one IT device to another.

This page contains the terms and conditions. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access the Site or use essing or using any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from me. By ordering any of my products, you agree to be bound by these terms. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email to [email protected] If you are going to order from Art By Minas, you must be at least 18 years old or you must have your parents' permission to shop from Art By Minas. According to Swedish law, no credit purchases to persons under 18 years of age. We use the Quickbutik e-commerce platform to run our online store, which allows us to sell our products and services to you 24/7.


3. Delivery

Free Worldwide Shipping.

All deliveries are sent from my studio in Södertälje, Sweden.

Your order are shipped by UPS. They enable me to send my artworks all over the world.

Shipping to EU 2-7 working days.

Shipping to rest of the world 5-10 working days.

No delivery to Post boxes.

If you do not collect the package, Art By Minas has the right to charge you a fee to cover our costs such as return shipping and administrative costs.

4. Prices & Services

All prices are in USD and include 25% VAT. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duties) may apply, depending on your region and local customs duties. These fees are at the customer’s own expense, these fees only apply outside the EU. The price that applies is the one established on the date you place your order. We reserve the right to price changes caused by supplier price changes, printing errors in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price. If the price or information about a product listed on the website is incorrect and you realized or should have realized this, the price or information will not apply to the purchase even if you received a delivery confirmation. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We do not guarantee that the quality of products, services, information or other materials purchased or received by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.


5. Return policy

When you buy original art from Art By Minas, you as a customer have a statutory right of withdrawal according to Swedish law, which is valid for 14 days from the time you receive an item that you have ordered. The right of withdrawal does not apply to prints, canvas prints and/or specially ordered goods as they are printed/manufactured after order/purchase.


5.1 When using your right of withdrawal:

You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to [email protected] in your message you must state, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the painting to be returned be clear. When I receive your email, I go through the return, if I approve the return, I send the address you should send the package to. You should return the products to me immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice. The painting should ideally be returned in its original packaging and unopened. The painting(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it. If the package has been opened, I will check the painting, if it turns out that there is damage to the painting, then there is a high risk that you will not get the painting(s) approved to exercise the right of withdrawal. I can send the painting(s) back to you, you are responsible for the shipping cost and any other costs depending on where in the world you are. The right of withdrawal does not apply to posters, canvas prints and/or specially ordered goods as they are printed/manufactured after order/purchase.

6. Refunds and complaints

I inspect all products for damage and protect them well packaged before sending them out. Should the item still be damaged or sent incorrectly when it arrives, I undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to remedy the error free of charge.


6.1 How do you go about complaining/advertising a product?

Any errors and defects must always be reported to [email protected], where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error. After I receive your email, I will review it and get back to you via email on how the case is going and what will happen? If I fail to correct the defect or supply a similar product, I will compensate you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. I handle return shipping for approved complaints. We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. 7. Limitation of Liability

We take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may arise from the product. We take no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, a labor dispute, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.


8. Product Information

We reserve the right for any printing errors on this page and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. The tension frames and frames for original paintings are handmade in my studio, they are made of wood and can warp. We always do our best to expose the products as accurately as possible. When I’m going to make prints of original paintings, I start with getting the best possible peeling/adjustment because the print has to be as good as possible. All my artworks are created in my studio in Södertälje, Sweden.


9. Information about cookies

According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website for informational purposes must be informed that cookies are being used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user’s browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to be saved on your computer to provide access to various functions collects data such as, IP address, browser type and internet provider. 10. Personal data

By shopping at Art By Minas AB, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We will never sell or disclose your information to third parties without a legal basis. Art By Minas AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to be able to handle your order and the occasions when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers – in order to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs. Below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the data protection regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.


10.2 What information do we store?

In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history. Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to fulfill a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.


10.3 Legal Basis

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings take place with your consent.


10.4 What information is shared and for what purpose?

10.4.1 Payment Provider

When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The data is stored to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Stripe.


10.4.2 Shipping company

In order to deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification. The shipping companies we cooperate with is UPS.


10.4.3 Newsletter

If you have chosen to subscribe to my newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you up to date with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use MailChimp to send out newsletters.


10.5 The right to access

You have the right to receive extracts from all information that is available about you with us. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.


10.6 Right to rectification

You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incorrect.


10.7 The right to be forgotten

You can request the deletion of the information you refer to at any time. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it must be retained in order for us to fulfill a legal obligation (for example under the Accounting Act).

Art By Minas AB is responsible for storing and processing personal data in the web shop and ensures that the rules are followed.

We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hashing algorithms to securely store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords.


11. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website.The amended terms and conditions are deemed accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.


12. Dispute and choice of law

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the Allmänna reklamnämnden, see arn.se. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission’s platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body. Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
